The Eliminator Pest Control

1. GENERAL

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all pest control services provided by The Eliminator Pest Control (‘we,’ ‘our,’ or ‘us’) to the customer (‘you’ or ‘the client’).
1.2 By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. SERVICES

2.1 We will carry out the pest control services as outlined in the service agreement or as discussed and agreed upon at the time of service booking.
2.2 All services will be provided in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards.
2.3 Our treatments are designed to manage pests but cannot guarantee 100% elimination, especially in high-infestation or recurring cases.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 You agree to provide access to the property at the scheduled service time.
3.2 You must follow any safety instructions provided before, during, and after treatment.
3.3 You are responsible for removing pets, covering food, and ensuring the area is safe for treatment.

4. SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL CARE

4.1 We use products and treatments compliant with Australian pest control standards.
4.2 While treatments are applied with care, you are advised to avoid contact with treated areas until they are safe, as specified by our technician.
4.3 We are not liable for health issues arising from non-compliance with post-treatment instructions.

5. WARRANTY

5.1 Certain treatments may come with a limited service warranty, which will be discussed and provided in writing if applicable.
5.2 Warranty claims require evidence of pest recurrence and are valid only if post-treatment guidelines were followed.
5.3 Warranty does not apply to untreated areas, structural defects, or hygiene-related infestations.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

6.1 Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

6.3 Late payments may incur additional charges and could void any warranties.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

7.1 You may cancel or reschedule a service by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

7.3 We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

8. LIABILITY

8.1 We are not liable for any damage caused by pests prior to, during, or after treatment.
8.2 We are not responsible for any damage resulting from structural defects or pest-related issues beyond our control.
8.3 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.

9. TERMINATION

9.1 Either party may terminate services with written notice.
9.2 We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if unsafe working conditions are present.

10. PRIVACY

10.1 We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
10.2 Your information will only be used to provide services and communicate with you regarding pest control needs.

11. GOVERNING LAW

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
11.2 Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the legal processes of New South Wales.
